How do I get a personal discount on my order?A personal discount on the order is calculated depending on the amount of goods in the basket*.Conditions for granting a personal discount:
- 5% of the order amount if the basket contains goods worth 300€ - 599€**;
- 8% on the amount of goods from 600€ to 999€**;
- 10% on the amount of goods in the basket from 1000€**.
* Personal discount does not apply:
- to products that are sold under the promotion and already have a discount.
- to products buying which you use a promo code to purchase;
- personal discount on the order does not apply during the total sale of all products in our store;
- does not apply to scrap gold.

Is it possible to apply a promo code and get an additional personal discount at the same time?

What products can I buy with a discount promo code?
- You can buy any products from our store by applying an additional discount using the promo code, except for such products as:
- discounted products (if there is a discount on the product you want to buy, an additional discount with the promo code does not apply to it, since discounts are not added up);
- gold scrap;
- exclusive pawnshop products that do not participate in bonus programs and are not subject to discounts.
